The State of Nature in Israel

A national outdoor exhibition at the Steinhardt Museum of Natural History. The project presented a decade of ecological monitoring and biodiversity research, using illustration, grids and data visualization to make complex findings accessible to the public.

Exhibition panel “Dwindling Birds”: illustrated species with their population change, in Hebrew, Arabic and English
Exhibition panel “The Efforts are Paying Off”: ibex and gazelles with population growth figures
Exhibition panel “Disappearing Reptiles”: a bird of prey over coastal dunes
Exhibition panel “Native Invasive Species”: egret, wild boar, jackal and fox

Together, these projects reflect the studio's approach to designing for the public realm — creating accessible and engaging visual systems that foster ecological awareness. Beyond environmental projects, Avidani Studio also works on wayfinding, cultural exhibitions and institutional design, always combining industrial and graphic design into cohesive experiences.

A Journey into Israeli Society

A commissioned family book in three chapters: getting to know Israeli society, the crises that threatened it, and its beautiful faces. For each chapter I drew a set of washi tapes — a small symbol vocabulary for its pages.

Chapter A — ReligionsGetting to know Israeli society
Chapter B — RiftCrises that threatened Israeli society
Chapter C — OrangesThe beautiful faces of Israeli society
